Mrs. Copley teaches studio art and sculpture. In studio art, students will use their knowledge about artists and their art to inspire their own works of art. Their art will be based on the elements and principles of art. In sculpture, students will explore different media to make 3-dimensional art. We will explore proper tools, processes and a variety of materials to create art. Classes will discuss how to find inspiration for work as well as the design process. Students also work with guest artists to expand their ideas about professional artists and the possibilities available for careers in art.
