Mr. Runyan teaches chorus and piano. Chorus provides vocal and general musical skills for all chorus students. Music literacy and theory will be taught, along with emphasis of music styles and their relation to history. Basic singing skills such as pitch matching, tone production, reading rhythms, and ear training will be taught. Course requirements include performing a minimum of two evening concerts and one festival per year. Students will perform in unison, two and three part songs.
